GUIDING YOU TO YOUR INFINITE POTENTIAL
Hi! I'm Cordell Jacks. I am a father, a husband, an internationally recognized social entrepreneur, a surfer, someone who works deeply with plant medicines, a voracious reader, and a BIG, BIG dreamer.
I believe that our dreams can teach us and shape our paths more profoundly than any knowledge, teacher, guru, or waking experience can.
ABOUT ME
I am a father, a husband, an internationally recognized social entrepreneur, a surfer, someone who works deeply with plant medicines, a voracious reader, and a BIG, BIG dreamer.
I’m a seeker, a big ideas person, and a boundary pusher.
I help awaken people to what’s possible, empowering them to defy limiting beliefs, unlocking their infinite potential to courageously dream, PLAY BIG, and consciously co-create a better world.

I believe that our dreams can teach us and shape our paths more profoundly than any knowledge, teacher, guru, or waking experience can.
My journey with dreams began at a young age, where vivid dreams and recurring nightmares sparked my curiosity.
In my early 20’s I was introduced to one of the world’s foremost dream researchers. She taught me about Lucid Dreaming and my mind was blown.
I was immediately hooked. Thus began a life-long passion of exploring dreaming and consciousness.
OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS I HAVE STUDIED IN DEPTH:
-
The science of dreaming, sleep, and flow states
-
Consciousness through dynamic systems, cognitive science, transformative learning theory, plant medicines, and shamanic journeying
-
Dream beliefs, philosophy, and practices from a wide range of lineages including Toltec, Buddhist Dream Yoga, Egyptian, Iroquois, Lakota, and western psychology studies
-
The anthropology of dreams and how dreams have shaped civilization
-
Ways to push and play with the mind through mindfulness training, Vipassana meditation, extreme and endurance sports, fasting and breathwork.
All of this has informed the creation of a robust dream practice, and consequently, Dream Work has been a huge part of my own personal growth and transformation.
Teaching Dream Work was not part of my career plan. I thought this would stay a personal passion.
In 2019, I had a life changing and profoundly healing dream that called me to teach others how to work with their dreams.
Before this, my life’s work had been focused on social innovation and transformational change. I had a successful career working in leadership positions in Social Finance & Entrepreneurship, International Development, and scaling CleanTech start-ups.
With my diverse background, I interweave different systems and schools of thought together, helping people harness the potential of their dreams.
I’m Canadian and currently live on Vancouver Island.
